US customs clearance, TSCA and tariffs

TSCA form

While we attach all necessary documentation for customs clearance, sometimes the courier will require a TSCA form to be filled out by the customer. TSCA stands for Toxic Substances Control Act and it authorises the EPA to regulate and screen all chemicals produced or imported into the United States to prevent unreasonable risks to health and the environment. Needless to say all our products are TSCA compliant.

In case you are contacted by the courier to fill out the TSCA form they will send you one. Fill it out and return it to them and the shipment will be released. If you are unsure what to do or need help with filling out the form, contact us.

Tariffs

Our prices do not include the current tariffs imposed on goods arriving to the US from EU countries. Please make sure you are willing to pay this fee before ordering.
